Jewels West Policies
All returns for refund or exchange are subject to the terms specified below.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your fine jewelry purchase from Jewels West. We can accept jewelry returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. LOOSE DIAMONDS can be returned within 15 days of purchase (See below). If you would like a refund or exchange, please call us at (510) 790-7031 for a return authorization.
Returns
Please note we CANNOT accept the following items for refund:
- Items that have been damaged
- Items that have been resized or altered
- Items from which original tag has been removed
- Items that have been worn
- Items that have been engraved* (unless we engraved it incorrectly)
- Items shipped to us from outside the United States of America
- Items returned without original invoice/receipt
Shipping charges are not refundable. * Engraved items will be replaced with correctly engraved item.
We CANNOT accept returns without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Jewelry is valuable. All returns must be FULLY INSURED for the value of the item being returned. Non-insured or unauthorized returns will be refused and the items returned to sender.
Loose Diamond Returns
Loose diamonds can be returned within 15 days of purchase, subject to verification by our lab. Credit will be issued only after verification. Shipping charges will not be credited. Exchanges We will issue you credit for your full purchase price (excluding shipping charges, which are not refundable). You can apply this credit to the purchase of your replacement selection.
Return Procedure:
Call for a return authorization (510) 790-7031, or send us email to CrJeCo@aol.com detailing your reason for requesting a return.
Replace the item in its original jewel box or bag. Make sure you include all of the original packaging and the original receipt. Then, place it inside a small, crush-proof shipping box (available at your local post office). Do NOT use soft packaging such as padded envelopes to return merchandise to us. Such envelopes do not provide sufficient protection from damage to delicate items and will be returned to sender.
Ship the item via Registered U.S. Mail, fully insured for the cost of the item to:

We strongly suggest that you request a return receipt for your records. We'll let you know when we've received your shipment and processed your refund or exchange.
Shipping Policy
We'll ship to you via United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Registered Mail, whichever you prefer. All shipments are fully insured. A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED at delivery. C.O.D. Shipments must be paid by CASHIERS CHECK ONLY. No Exceptions.
Warranty
All of our jewelry is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. All of our diamonds are certified (EGL, AGS, GIA, HRD), so you can be confident of the quality of your Jewels West diamond purchase
Prior Sale Policy
Since we specialize in unique, one-of-a-kind and custom jewelry creations, our jewelry may be subject to prior sale. There may be a slight chance, if more than one order is received for the same piece, that we may not have it in stock when you order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you.
Diamond Policy
All of our diamonds are EGL, AGS, GIA or HRD certified and rated for cut, color, clarity and carat weight.
Confidentiality Policy
We collect information from you solely for the purpose of processing your Jewels West order. We do not share this information with anyone else.
