How To Order

Ordering Policy
Orders may be placed via our estore, phone, mail or by fax. Orders placed via the internet begin at $100. Initial orders placed by phone, mail or fax begin at $150. Reorder minimum is $50. For orders below the required minimums, a service charge of $10. will be applied. Items sold with a minimum quantity requirement are only sold in multiples of those minimums. Average shipping times for stock items is 2-3 days. Items not in stock or special orders require an average of 3-5 weeks delivery time. For questions regarding stock availability, please contact Customer Service. Note: we sell strictly wholesale. The law requires a Seller's Permit Number on all accounts.
Method of Payment All initial orders are billed Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to ship. Net 30 terms are offered to customers upon credit approval. Credit application forms are available online. Go to sitemap,Download Files, Forms Folder and click on the appropriate form or contact Customer Service.
Pricing Wholesale prices are applicable to all ARTEflorum Inc. merchandise and are sold FOB South San Francisco, Calif. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Back Orders Back orders below $35. will be automatically cancelled unless otherwise specified by the customer. All back orders will be processed when the merchandise becomes available.
Custom Designs ARTEflorum prides itself on creative, innovative designs. We will be happy to work with our clients on developing a custom design or special project. Our team of experienced designers will work closely with clients to ensure that your order is exact to your requirements and specifications. Please note that custom design orders require a minimum quantity of 200 units or more. Inquiries can be directed to our Customer Service or Sales departments.
Shipping All shipments are sent via common ground carrier unless otherwise requested. Special shipping information should be noted at the time the order is placed. Direct ship services are provided at no additional cost. This service should be noted at the time the order is placed. Please be sure to specify if this is a one-time request. Ship dates are defined as the estimated day that the merchandise leaves the warehouse, not the arrival date. Estimated trasit times can be quoted but not guaranteed. Orders ship from two locations: San Francisco and New York. Item numbers ending in "N" ship from New York.
Merchandise Return Policy Merchandise may only be returned upon authorization from ARTEflorum. Upon notification, an authorization number will be issued to the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. All returns must be reported within seven (7) working days upon receipt of the merchandise. If no notification is received within the seven-day grace period, it will be assumed that the order transaction is complete. Credits will be issued when the merchandise has been returned and received by our warehouse. Please inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, please follow the "Return Claim Form" included with your shipment or you can download a copy by going under Sitemap, Download Files and into the Forms Folder. If you should require assistance or have questions, contact Customer Service.
Cancellations Cancellations will be honored only if the merchandise has not been shipped. All cancellations must be submitted in writing on company letterhead or sent by email to sales@arteflorum.com. Fax number: (650)873-4843.
